We are a warm West Bloomfield family seeking a nanny to grow with us! We have a fun, active preschooler (born 2022) and expect a new baby next summer. Currently, we need 6-8 hours of weekend support. This role will expand next fall to include after-school and increased weekend care. We seek a kind, self-starter who loves hands-on play.

SCHEDULE: Right now, we are hoping for 6-8 hours of weekend support (across Saturdays and Sundays). We anticipate that the schedule will expand next fall, into a fuller schedule of hours. But we would love to build a rapport with someone before then.
DURATION: Short term with the potential of long term if schedules align.
COMPENSATION: $25-35/hr.

THEIR IDEAL NANNY:
We are seeking a caring, professional nanny who has childcare experience and who is open to learning the rhythms of our family. We would love someone who can engage in hands-on and creative play with our active preschooler, while also maintaining a safe environment and engaging in developmental activities. Right now, we are hoping for 6-8 hours of weekend support (across Saturdays and Sundays). We anticipate that the schedule will expand next fall, into a fuller schedule of hours. But we would love to build a rapport with someone before then.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience with toddlers
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
